Once in a blue moon, a special pet comes along.

When Mandy adopts the best cat at the shelter,
she doesn’t realize it has a big secret and an even bigger personality.

Review

Blucy: The Blue Cat is an adorable, rhyming picture book. The story is about Mandy, who adopts a very special cat from the pound…Blucy, as she names her, loves to get into mischief, and turns blue to blend into surroundings! I loved the story and my 2 year old did, too. It was nice at the end of the book that the author made reference to emotions and how feeling a certain way can make you look a certain way. This was a great story!

It was really fun to read this book on my Kindle Fire HD, since there were special features like full screen images and pop-up text. I liked the interactive fun at the end of the story.
