The Mom Con – Pittsburgh

momcon

NOVEMBER 14-15, 2014, Pittsburgh Marriott North – The Mom Con is a conference devoted to the woman “behind the mom” – inspiring her, developing her talents, and helping her achieve her goals by offering a community with the resources she needs. Motherhood – with its unique challenges and joys – is the tie that binds our attendees together. It’s the experience on which the Mom Con community is built.

Additional Information:
We can’t think of many conferences out there that offer a full day of awesome + food for this price. Overnight accommodations are available!

Here’s what we have lined up so far – and we’re adding to it everyday!

Dynamic speakers: 15 moms-like-you on topics ranging from happiness to handling your home + business, including Rachel Martin, Helen Hanna Casey, Britt Reints, and more.

Lots of yum: lunch, snacks, samples and coffee, all day.

Shopping: 16 vendors and counting, with unique services + products we can’t wait to see.

Photo op: our sponsor, Clicks for a Cause, has offered their services at a generous discount for moms to have pictures + headshots taken — for your business, blog or a keepsake for your kids (will they remember what we looked like when we were this young?!).

Optional childcare: full-day conference childcare is available as an add-on to your registration.
Friday night party: for those who are staying over the night before (think: you could get a room and make this a retreat for yourself!), there’s a get-together Friday night for some fun.

A village: a growing community of local moms who want to be inspired, connected to each other, and empowered to live out their vision for themselves and their families.

Doesn’t The Mom Con sound fabulous?! I’m definitely wanting to attend. I live in Ohio, but Pittsburgh, PA is actually the closest ‘big’ city to me. The Mom Con sounds like the perfect weekend for growing, learning, and just feeling awesome for being a mom. Are you going to be in the Pittsburgh area and would like to attend? Stay tuned, as I may have some tickets to give away. 🙂
